That was me back in 2014, working in my trained career, being bullied by co-workers daily, barely sleeping one hour per night, suffering from condition to condition: shingles, occupational asthma, gallbladder pain, chronic fatigue, chronic pain until I had no choice but to go on sick leave.

Shortly after going on sick leave I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, an Adjustment Disorder, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and later got diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. My immune system was beaten and broken. At age 41, I was not okay to be on medicationS for the rest of my life.

From the outside, my life looked pretty good, good job, nice home, nice vehicle, and I think I was pretty good at faking it until I could make it, but the reality was my health had plummeted fast.

MY JOURNEY TO REGAIN MY HEALTH

I started looking at the changes that I could make on my own. Attending Fibromyalgia groups, participated in a FM study group and attended Chronic Pain workshops in the community. I learned about stress reduction - removing as many chemicals in my life, removing negative people and situations from my life, working on a HEALTHY BODY, MIND, and SOUL and learning TOOLS for health, wellness, and life. The KEY for me was reducing nutritional stress, by adding high-quality supplements into my daily routine.
