Yoga Rocks Yoga Studio
Flow Yoga - Will bring you flexibility, strength and balance. It is a faster paced yoga that links the poses together. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale. You will relax your mind as you improve your body.
Yin Yoga - Postures are more passive postures, mianly on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a much deeper access to the body and improves your joint health.
Restorative Yoga - Is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. During these long holds, you muscles relax deeply.
Knead Yoga - Therapeutic and Thai yoga massage. Thirty minutes of Yoga followed by Thai Yoga Massage to amplity tissue healing, circulation and nervous system recalibration. It will leave you stretched, relaxed and balanced! Call or email for appointment.
Joga - Is an athletic based style of yoga that focuses on a unique blend of postures to find balance in strength and flexibility, a variety of breathing techniques to improve breath control/recovery and relaxation tools to maintain a calm mind in sport and in life.
