Ian graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2016 and is excited and passionate about bringing his skills and knowledge to others in the Kelowna community. Ian has a deep drive to continue to learn and understand the importance of the mind-body connection. In addition to standard massage therapy techniques, Ian is able to integrate additional therapeutic methods from his experience as a 300-hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor. He also holds many hours of training and experience in mindfulness practices such as Vipassana, open-focus, and SMART. Providing a safe, and healing environment is of utmost importance for Ian and he tailors his sessions to each patient based on their own specific needs. Some of his favourite modalities include Deep Tissue, frictions, Fascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Craniosacral Techniques.
