So many emotions flood me when I look at this before pic. I remember how that felt - exhausted, sad, angry. I felt trapped in my own body and even though I had this great life going on around me, I was barely present. A new baby, an amazing son and an incredible man that has always loved me no matter what. But none of that mattered, what I was battling inside over shadowed all of that. Fast forward to today! I took this after picture this morning because a friend and business partner said I want YOUR transformation and story! I was terrified, but how could I say no? And maybe I'm not where I want to be yet, but look how far I have come! I no longer feel hopeless, I feel full of life and energy! I'm a better mother, partner and friend! I spend my days playing, laughing and growing as a person as opposed to sitting on the couch. And because of this journey I am so compelled to be open and transparent, because I know that there are other moms, dads, people in general that are struggling. And if my story can touch even one of those lives and inspire them to get started on their own journey, then to me that is a huge success.
