Tip: If you would like to extend the life of your hot water tank you can flush the tank out every 6-12 months by simply attaching a lawn hose to the bottom of tank drain and open to drain. Let it run for several minute to the outside or another drain. When done simply shut the drain on bottom of tank drain off after flushing. Call us for some more tips 250-765-3527
