With extensive pre-hang inspections and 2 rounds of detailed pre-hang preparation, all boards are glued and screwed with glue expertly applied to eliminate screw and/or nail popping from lumber shrinkage. We use full sheets across windows to prevent cracking for vaulted or sloped ceilings. We use X-Crack to eliminate cracking and for perfectly even, straight joints, built to stay that way.
