I contacted Osprey because of Brian's overview of past work experience as a power engineer. I knew he was not just going to tick boxes and move on. He did a great job, went over and above my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend him to handle anyone's sale or purchase.

Brian did an excellent job for us. Super thorough, friendly, expedient, and can't say enough good about him.
His was the best Home Inspection I have ever had done, and I have had a few done.
I would use him again without question.

Highly recommended! Brian was referred by our realtor during the purchase of our home. Best choice! Brian was recommended by our realtor to do an inspection of a two bedroom condo in Big White. He was prompt in replying to all emails and was able to accommodate a sooner inspection due to a tight closing. I was impressed by the detailed report when I received it. You wouldn't think it would be that detailed for a condo, but he checked everything from appliances, GFI receptacles, checked the moisture levels in certain areas like bathrooms, carpets, fireplace, and on. Highly recommend Brian for any home inspection.

We would not hesitate using Osprey again. We thought Brian did an excellent job with the inspection, clearly explained all of his findings and it was certainly worth the cost.

I would highly recommend Osprey. Given we were dealing with COVID, Brian was able to conduct the inspection diligently via a video call and review all items with us. The detailed report and walk through was greatly appreciated. He was reliable, responsible and very thorough. Thanks again.

We would not hesitate in using Osprey again, Brian made himself available on very short notice to inspect a home. The report that Brian generates is both thorough and concise. Not only is there great detail in the report but also photographs to illustrate where defects exist within the property. Additionally, Brian’s fees for the inspection report are fantastic value for money.

Brian was very precise in his inspection for our new home. He found dome things that needed fixing before we bought and explained what needed to be done. He then followed up and rechecked to confirm it had all been taken care of. So glad we had the inspection. We know now that there won't be the BIG problems that would have been if not for Brian spotting them. I'd recommend I sorry Home Inspection. For sure.

Brian is thorough individual who takes his job seriously. He did a 3 hour inspection and then took me through every issue he found. There was an electrical problem, where the panel was not up to code. The other realtor, and possibly homeowners disagreed with his assessment. - Wrong! He made it very clear, with his in depth review and images to prove his point. Issue was resolved. Thanks so much! Rob

Brian took time to point out issues to me, during the inspection, that impacted the purchase of our new home. He then followed up with the written report and ensured it was well structured and very thorough so that we could have these deficiencies addressed before we removed conditions of the sale. I should mention that even though he had to make a return trip to the premises that day, he got the report back to us by the end of the day! Brian is a great communicator and very professional and truly the best home inspector we have ever used - I highly recommend Osprey Home Inspection.

We used Osprey Home Inspection when we bought our house and are so glad we did! Brian was super easy to schedule and made himself available when we needed him. Once he was done he spent a lot of time explaining his findings to us and answered all of our questions. I felt like I could ask him any questions I had and he didn't make me feel rushed along. Shortly after his visit to the home we received his report and found it to be clear and professional. Overall he made the process really easy for us.

There is no other company that we would rather use then Osprey. The quality/detail Brian has in all aspects of the inspection process exceeded our expectations. We have done business with them twice now and will continue too in the future. Thank you!

Osprey did an inspection for me in Kelowna 2690 Gordon. We were very happy with the attention to detail and the timely way, and short notice to complete the report. We would recommend this company to others needing a home inspection

Brian went above and beyond - he was accommodating in scheduling my inspection, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed in his inspection, explanations and in his report, as well as providing referrals and follow-up. As a realtor from another province, I have attended plenty of home inspections and I would recommend Brian's work without hesitation!

Thanks for doing the home inspection on short notice. The inspection resolved any concerns we had for buying the house and it helped with the insurance being able to tell the type of plumbing and hot water tank age.
