The Cage

To round out our training offering OIC is proud to offer an indoor dry land facility.  The Cage offers 40 feet of synthetic ice, radar gun and tutor shooter for refining your hockey shooting skills.  Our flexible Cage can also be reconfigured to offer the Okanagan's only indoor batting cage/pitching mound for practices your baseball/softball skills years round.  Hockey or Baseball not your sport?  That is ok.  Take some strokes in the cage to tighten up your golf swing year round.

HOCKEY
Exclusive shot training with shooter boards and radar gun to record your progress.  Workout with skates on over 40 feet of synthetic ice to allow proper shot training

BASEBALL
Pitching Machine allows for both baseball (60' 6") and softball (45') training.  Ball speed up to 85 mph and softball arc to 12 feet for real game simulation indoor, year round.  The only all year public batting cage in the Okanagan. 

GOLF
With over 70 feet of live ball travel the Cage is the largest public indoor golf centre in the Okanagan.  Work on your swing with our without a coach year round.
