Our Memberships
This program is 6 weeks long and open to all fitness levels male or female. I'm calling it "Spring into Summer" as I'm sure summer is part of everyone's motivation these days. I want people to "Diet" and train right for their goals and learn in order to feel like they're being challenged in the gym, yet still enjoying themselves in the food department. It's easier to chuck out a meal plan to someone and in my opinion spoon feed them into weight loss. I want to teach you how to make a meal plan for yourself and learn why you're dropping fat/gaining muscle. Teach a man to fish so to speak!! Summer is filled with patio drinks and barbecues so people often opt out of following any sort of regiment. This is a way where you can have both! Enjoy your favourite foods but still be mindful and moderate
