I am a bikini competitor who has graced the stage eight separate times. With four of those experiences being nationally (most current CBBF Natural Nationals 2016) With these five years of competing and personal training, comes a great deal of experience. The sport and industry can be very confusing. I myself have learned from 5 different coaches who have each implemented their own personal strategies and beliefs. I’ve learned that I myself need flexibility as well as variety in my training and nutrition regiments. I need to be given choices and options, otherwise I become bored and will fall off track. That's why I believe that flexible dieting (counting macros) is the most beneficial and long term approach for anyone looking to work towards their personal fitness goals. Each day can be different in the gym and in the kitchen and it’s up to you to decide what that day looks like. I’m here to guide you along the way and present you with the right tools and knowledge to do so. I customize programs to ensure that you have options to keep you motivated and inspired.
With anything that I set my sights on, I enjoy bringing my personality and humour into the equation. I’m a very raw and open person who speaks my mind on a variety of topics. Which I believe is rare to find in todays’ society, especially in the fitness industry. I’m very down to earth, humble and I believe in having fun while reaching any goal.
