Training Summary/Breakdown

After you have completed payment, you will receive and complete a detailed questionnaire. This allows me to have a better understanding of your current fitness level as well as your everyday diet/lifestyle choices.

Once I receive your questionnaire I can begin building your personalized program and you can start working towards your goals!


Services Consultation

A $60 (plus GST) investment for an in-person visit. To schedule a Skype or phone call the investment is $35 (plus GST).

Either option is free with the purchase of a 12-week Online Training Program or a 24-session one-on-one Personal Training Package.

You have the option to sit down in person, Skype or via phone to ask any questions you may have. This will also give us the chance to build our relationship to set the tone for our journey together.

I believe that the relationship between a client and coach/trainer is extremely important to reach your full potential towards your goals. Take the opportunity to get to know me and see why so many have chosen me to be their coach.


Personalized Training Program $100(plus GST).

You will receive afour-week customized training program built to achieve your specific fitness goals and needs. Whether your goal be to drop fat, gain muscle, improve your training knowledge or build physical strength.

I will build you a customized program, considering your lifestyle and equipment availability (home or gym) that can be used for several months depending on your goals. Includes a follow-up check-in via e-mail.


Nutrition

Choose from two personalized nutrition plans to fit your lifestyle and level of commitment.

A personalized, custom meal plan $175(plus GST).

Great for those who want a healthier lifestyle but have no idea where to start.

What you get:

In home consultation to go through your cupboards and see what's working and what isn't. (if in the Kelowna area) A detailed 7-day daily meal plan according to your personal preferences.

Meal plans will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The plan will vary from day-to-day to encourage variety and fit with your schedule and time allowed for cooking.

Meal plans will be created to help support current fitness routines.

Vegetarian options available. Calorie, fat carbs, and protein information provided with specific meals.

A personalized, custom meal plan $175(plus GST).

Great for someone familiar with healthy eating but stuck at a plateau and struggle to find balance.

What you get:

One-on-one consultation to learn what Macros are and why they’re important. (if in the Kelowna area)

Teaching and direction on how to count macros and adjust your lifestyle as per the approach.

Customized 7-day Macro Numbers, according to your personal preferences and goals.

The plan will vary from day-to-day as you will be choosing your food sources from a list provided to encourage variety and fit with your schedule.

Vegetarian options available. Calorie, fat carbs, and protein information provided Includes one follow up check-in via e-mail.


Training and Nutrition - $200

Program will include a seven day, four-week Personalized Training and Nutrition Program.

Choose from the personalized nutrition plan or a Macro plan. Includes one follow up e-mail.

Successful Online Coaching Option

In order to adequately reach your goals commitment is required from both of us. Clients need to commit to a minimum12-weekOnline Training program.

Lifestyle change isn't something that happens over night and I don’t believe in "quick fixes." I believe in sustainability and a lifestyle that is maintainable and enjoyable.

Online training is a great option for you because with it, comes flexibility, yet I keep you accountable with your weekly online check ins.

This allows you to MAKE the time when it’s suitable for you to get your personalized training in, and choose the foods that YOU prefer.

Online Personal Training is an excellent option that provides you with the tools, the flexibility and the guidance of an experienced professional to reach your goals, while not breaking the bank.

This option is suitable for someone who is determined and willing to put in the work,is seeking accountability, guidance and long term sustainable results. Find out why so many select and trust me to help guide them on their way to reaching their fitness goals.

20-week Online Training and Nutrition Package- $43.75 per week (plus GST)

  • Food item list including supplement recommendation
  • weekly online Check ins via e-mail
  • four/ 4 week- Personalized Training programs

*The larger the package you commit to, the greater the potential will be of seeing the results you want. Results take time and understanding of what exactly your body needs, to get proper, maintainable results. Keep this is all in mind when selecting the package best suited for you!

One on One Personal Training Sessions

If you are wanting to have someone there with you in person to show you proper form, give you direction and motivate you. This is a great option for you.I have fouryears worth of experience with one-on-one Personal Training and I love to push clients to their limits. I enjoy sharing my passion and knowledge with others and seeing them reach their full potential in the gym.

One on One Personal Training Session Packages

I suggest that clients train with me twice a week minimum, to see optimal results. I require that the first four weeks of training be paid in FULL! This includes in home training, outdoor boot campsor HIIT training and more! If you have access to equipment (even if its minimal) all you need is someone to show you how to make the most of what’s available to you. I’ve trained people in football fields, garages, and in their basement with little to NO equipment. I’m responsible for making the most of what you have available to you and providing you with a killer work out.

Packages (plus GST)
  • One session ($80/one hour)
  • 24 sessions ($75/one hour)-2 x per week/ 3 months
  • 36 sessions ($70/one hour)-3x per week/ 3 months
  • 48 sessions ($65/one hour)-3x per week /4 months
  • 60 sessions ($60/one hour)-3x per week/5 months

Bootcamps/Group Training Packages $12 per person (plus GST)

If this is something you and a group are interested in, Contact me with the number of people in your group and a location suggestion in the Kelowna area! (minimum groups of 6 people)

Buddy System Training $35 per person (plus GST)

Getting in shape can seem challenging and intimidating. Having a friend there with you to work out with can make it more enjoyable and fun! Whether it be your sister, friend, or your husband. The buddy system is a great option for you to sweat (and maybe laugh a little) with your gym buddy! (minimum groups of two people)

Bikini Posing $40 per hour (plus GST)

With eight bikini bodybuilding competitions, with four of them being national level shows, I have extensive experience. I love helping women feel confident before stepping on stage to show off their physiques! Let me help you find your angles and show off all your hard work.
