Top Notch service. Stephen was the hero of the day. After numerous failed attempts at finding a plumber -excuses were:too busy, not interested, only did new construction , not a big enough job . Stephen came through and fit me into his already booked schedule. Timing was crucial as my main water line was being dug up for repair and -12 temperature was coming. In the end perfect world: Redline dug up on Tues, Stephen repaired on Wed. Redline backfilled Thurs morning just as it started to snow. Thank you Stephen for you professional, courteous attitude ! You are now my go to plumber.
Stephen has done work for me on more than one occasion. I was renovating a bathroom in the basement and had to have the tap set hooked up and the drain moved and hooked up. Steve had a busy schedule at the time but still managed to fit me in and had the job done in record time and at a very reasonable price, so when my water tank needed replacing I again called him and he was once again there for me. My daughter called me one morning recently and said that she had no hot water so I called Steve to see if there was any chance he could have a look at the situation. He came out to her house, looked at the situation and said he could get it working but that it was really nearly at the end of it’s service life, and also pointed out that it was improperly installed. He was able to somehow fit her in to his busy schedule, install a new tank and ensure that the new tank was installed properly. He made the changes at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Steve.
I would like to share my very positive experience with Stephen. I am new to Kelowna and needed plumbing serviced rather quickly, as it usually is the case with plumbing. A friend of mine suggested Stephen and he arrived within the hour to deal with my emergency. He is a trustworthy, personable and professional person, who has established a solid reputation in Kelowna through his excellent work ethics. I felt so confidant with Stephen’s help that I simply handed him over my house key when he had to deal with a plugged sink. Can’t go wrong with this one.

He completed on schedule. His work is first class and bonus -he cleaned up after himself!
