Our client needed to reduce overhead so we moved him from 14,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. This reduced his rent by 57% which is a significant savings. At $10.50 sq ft he saves $84,000 per year. By reducing his warehouse he found he could remove a warehouse position and sell one of his forklifts. 

With all the direct and indirect operation expenses the client felt cut his cost by $140,000 per year. We accomplished this by adding 150 sections of bottles shelving and building a 1700 sq ft mezzanine. We also added some high bay pallet rack. This system condensed his floor plan area and makes picking orders much more efficient.
