Summer seems to be here and the store is slowly getting busier.  I wanted to let you know what we have going on over the next few months and let everyone know of some housekeeping changes.

We are now open Sundays for the summer.  

We will be opening the store at 10am and staying open until at least 2pm.  However, after 2pm we will be closing if the streets are quiet.  We will remain closed on Monday for now.   In the summer, we are looking at staying open later on Thursday evenings.  We will start this on a trial basis and see how it goes.

New Help

Joanne will now be helping out at the store.  If you stop by on Sunday, the odds are good that she will be the one who is here.  If you have anything that you would like to know please email/message/phone me.  I will not always be at the store so if you are going to be stopping by to chat please make sure to let me know ahead of time.   

Guests wanted 

We would like to start having regular "guests" at the store.  If you are interested in spending a few hours on a Saturday (or any other day of the week) at the store with your products please let me know.  If you could please provide me with three options in your order of preference that would be great.  After June 20th 2016 I will be opening up the option to other local businesses who have expressed an interest in doing a pop up shop in our store.   

Upcoming Events

June 16th 2016 - Downtown Kelowna is hosting Small Shop at night

July 23rd 2016 - Downtown Block Party - they close the street and we will have tent outside and the store open

Housekeeping

The store is getting busier and I am finding that I am having to do most of the paperwork etc at home.  Paperwork will be ready 14 days after your month end.  Cheques are now being written when you arrive as I was finding that I was ending up with cheques sitting for weeks.  Please let me know if you will be stopping by to get your cheque to ensure that I am here. 

Dropping off product.  Please let me know ahead of time if you are going to be dropping off product.  I like to limit product drop off to one per day otherwise product gets backlogged.
