Lindsay is amazing!!! I’ve been trying to get results at the gym on my own for quite awhile but was getting discouraged because I knew I should see more! In the short time I’ve been training with her I feel so much better, look so much better and am learning so much!! I love how she pushes me to do more than I thought was possible...every time I leave the gym I feel so amazing. Seriously she is the BEST!! Not to mention a load of fun and laughs to work out with as well :)

I have been working with Lindsay since January 2018 and have been consistently bettering myself with her efforts and support. I have lost 13 pounds with her process so far and we will be continuing to reach my goals. She helps not only in the gym but with my mentality about fitness and health as well. When you are battling with weight loss, having someone help you stay mentally focused is such a benefit. I’ve tried doing it on my own and was not successful- I needed help and Lindsay has been a breath of fresh air.

Working with Lindsay has been a game changer. I’ve struggled with weight loss and have worked with 2 different male coaches. When I couldn’t lose weight they both had the same response... cut calories and increase cardio. At one point a coach had me go get blood work done cause he didn’t believe I couldn’t lose weight.

Lindsay was the FIRST one to say I need to improve my metabolism and flat out refuses to let me drop my calories to an extremely low amount just to lose weight. Lindsay was the first coach to understand the anxiety of not being able to lose weight. She was so calm while explaining a reverse diet to me and helped me get on board with it. when I would panic about a .5 lbs weight gain Lindsay kept her eye on my goals and always redirected me to the big picture we were working on.

The best part of working with Lindsay is that she is understanding so you can be honest with her about what’s working, what’s not and what you’re worried about. Honesty is key in working with someone.

It also helps that she knows what Ive been struggling with, why I was struggling, and believed I could get on a successful path.

Between her Instagram, emails, and YouTube videos I constantly feel motivated!

I trained with Lindsay from a distance for 6 weeks, and it totally has changed my relationship and perspective on food. Tracking my food has honestly been so good for me. I was always the girl to overeat or put like 7 lbs of mashed potatoes on my plate. I always figured weight loss was starving yourself. I've learnt now that I can eat more than I am used to! Healthy options are tasty and I really enjoy eating the protein ! I've felt stronger, happier and I've noticed I have way more energy. Growing up with health issues I've always felt weak and fragile. These workouts have made me feel like I can accomplish difficult things and push myself. I will definitely be signing up for another program come January 2018

I had trained with Lindsay for about eight months. I Was originally given a twelve week training session and gym pass for my son as a gift from him. He had encouraged me for years to go to the gym as he started going himself in about grade ten and knew how beneficial it was for him. I never did join and continued on in life lacking energy and confidence. When Josh gave me this gift I could not say no! It was the nicest thing that anyone has ever done for me! It was so unexpected and generous! I was also so scared as I had never stepped in a gym at 52 years old! From the minute I met Lindsay I felt at ease! Josh had set me up with the perfect trainer that he knew would match my personality so I would enjoy the experience and keep going. Lindsay kept me working hard so I saw great inprovements all around,but, more importantly she taught me to love working out and I still go to the gym regularly a year and a half later. I am very thankful to her for that! My life and energy levels are so much better and thanks to her I learned a fun new ,healthy hobby that I will always have! You are lucky if you have the chance to train with her!!!

I’ve known Lindsay since high school but finally got brave enough to have her be my coach in March of 2017.  I wanted to start with a short 6-8 week program so that if I wasn’t committed I wasn’t wasting both of our time.  Lindsay called me out on giving myself an out and making it too easy to quit.  With her encouragement I took the leap and signed up for a 20 week program and I couldn’t be happier I did.  It’s not only the physical results I’m loving, and I’m definitely seeing those (20 lbs and 4 inches on my waist in 20 weeks!!), but it’s the confidence and the understanding of myself that Lindsay has encouraged that has made this experience special.  I never knew I wanted to feel strong and I crave each time I’m able to up weight on an exercise.  Beyond physically strong I like looking at the workout programs that Lindsay sends and thinking “I can’t do that” but having the support and the encouragement to try it anyways.  Without fail I’ve found I’m capable of more than I thought I was.  I tend to be a bit of an overachiever/perfectionist.  Since Lindsay understands and deals with those tendencies for her own journey she knows how to refocus my attention on to what I’ve accomplished.  I’ve been upset a few times about gaining some weight back or not sticking to my plan as well as I think I could have.  A few hours later there’s an email from Lindsay pointing out how far I’ve come, how well I did stick to the plan, and often a few side by side pictures of where I started from to show how much I’ve accomplished.  I know I don’t have to be perfect, I just have to make progress.  And if I screw up? Well damn, I screwed up, now get back on track, work hard, and keep moving forward.  It’s not the workouts or the meal plan that Lindsay provides that makes her programs great (and both of those are fantastic).  It’s the accountability, the faith she has in you and the unending support.  She wants to know not just about your eating and workouts but about your life and how she can help you deal with the things that are going on in it.  I’m so glad she gave me the push I needed to take a leap of faith and discover all the things I didn’t know I was capable of.  I’m now in my second 20 week program with her and still loving every second (except maybe the burpees… sorry Lindsay, I still hate the burpees.)

Lindsay has been a fantastic support and wealth of information in helping me to kick start my mind and body into a healthier space. She is always available for questions, support and her sense of humour and feedback helps immensely with the tendency to be too hard on ourselves sometimes when trying to better our bodies and minds. Her openness and honesty about her own fitness journey has made me feel comfortable and confident that she knows her stuff and is right beside you to support and encourage you through the whole process. She is assertive but kind. Thank you for all the help and support. I'm confident that I have what it takes as I move forward in my own fitness/health/life journey and you have helped me greatly in learning to keep going and to accept that it's ok to slip because refocussing and regrouping are part of the process. Thanks again.

I turned to Linds for training support when I needed a change in my lifestyle. I've struggled with postpartum depression for a few years now and had started to let my "self care" slip through the cracks and things were slowly getting out of control. She helped me get back on track and was a constant support the whole way through.

I remember one time in particular feeling down and Unsatisfied with my results and being particularly hard on myself for not getting a bigger weight loss, and our conversation took place during a workout while I was listening to Coldplay and the chainsmokers- someone just like this. And now every time I hear that song, I feel like I'm taken back to that inspiring conversation she gave me that reminded me that what I was doing "was enough!"
