I have purchased a LOT of furniture and decor items from La-Z-Boy of Kelowna over the past 6 years - upsizing from a condo in Surrey to a house in West Kelowna and then to a condo. From the moment I walked through the doors to the store that first day I have been treated with respect and friendliness. I have never felt pressured, have enjoyed the services of their decor and design professional, Diane Haber, and have valued their service and product. Yes, there have been the odd times when a piece arrived damaged or missing something. And yes, I have required a service call - twice, I believe. I have found the staff at La-Z-Boy beyond helpful in explaining and resolving any issues I've had. I have found them open and helpful and would recommend this store to ANY of my friends and acquaintances. I actually already have!

Just bought 2 new loveseats after the old ones finally wore out. We are so thrilled as they are the most comfortable we've ever sat in. Kudos to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and wanted us to be happy! Love La Z boy!

I purchased a leather recliner about 6 months ago which had an ongoing issue with the adjustable headrest. Whether forward or back it would always be out about 1.5 inches from one side to the other. After three attempts to fix it, the last being almost the whole back they decided to refund my money. I purchased another leather chair with all the same functions and so far two weeks later it's all good. As for delivery the first chair I picked it up myself to save some coin but the replacement chair they delivered at no charge!! My wife and I have purchased other Lazyboy chairs in the past from the Kelowna store and have always been satisfied customers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again and I would highly recommend them.
