Our most requested experiences at the boutique is to have beauty related workshops.
There are so many great topics we can focus on that we decided to do a whole series!!
Let's start with the basics!!
Clean Beauty 101 Workshop
Saturday, July 30th

What will you learn?
LOTS!
- What your personal skin care needs are. Yeah. We have tools for that! We will take a good look at your skin through a Woods Lamp, and take an accurate reading of your skin's hydration and oil levels
- Help you create a healthy skin plan based on your unique needs, concerns and lifestyle
- Learn easy tips for reading labels on personal care items
- Best skin care practices for easy routines to offer maximum efficacy
What is your homework?
- bring skincare items that you are needing support with *remember, we don't care if you purchased these items with us or not. We simply want to help you with them.
- bring any products and empty packages you are not going to use so we can help you eliminate your waste stream. *again, we don't care what brand they are, we simply want to provide a waste solution
- DO NOT wash your face again after your morning routine or before coming to the workshop.
- Bring lots of questions!!

Did You Know??
We officially offer a recycling program for cosmetics containers that cannot be managed through Kelowna's Recycling programs. We now help you manage your waste stream to include many of the containers from your personal care products!
Just bring your empty packages in and put them in our Terracycle Box.
What you can recycle in this program
Program accepted waste: Hair care packaging such as shampoo caps, conditioner caps, hair gel tubes and caps, hair spray triggers, and hair paste caps.
Skin care packaging such as lip balm tubes and caps, soap dispensers and tubes, body wash caps, lotion dispensers and caps. Cosmetics packaging such as lipstick cases, lip gloss tubes, mascara tubes, eye shadow cases, bronzer cases, foundation packaging, powder cases, eyeliner cases, eyeliner pencils, eye shadow tubes, concealer tubes, concealer sticks, and lip liner pencils.
Best practices for recycling
In order to recycle this waste stream properly, please make sure all excess product has been removed (i.e. leftover product).
