The eBOARD is located in Kelowna's premiere advertising corridor on Bridge Hill which is located just south of the William R. Bennett Bridge between Kelowna and West Kelowna.  This strategic location is the gateway to Kelowna from the South Okanagan and Vancouver and is the only commuter roadway between Kelowna and West Kelowna.  On average there are between 2.5 and 3 million commuters/visitors per month that pass the sign.  The billboard is visible for 20 seconds while driving the posted speed limit.
